I think that the folks at Granite Park are really screwing up. Fresno having one of 3 Cabo locations in existence was a pretty cool thing. I'm not sure if people throughout the Valley will be driving up to check out "Fred's Bar and Grill".

I thought the idea was cool in the beginning; but always wondered how such a location would work for them. I’m not going to miss it. Heck, I haven’t even been to the venue, so no tears being spent over here… hehe

I went there on a sunday night and it was dead, but I heard it got really good on everyother night.

I agree with Sammy. If I was licensing out the name for my creation, I would expect the person using the name to uphold and be an ambassador for it. Just as I allow my photographers to use my website name (ClubFlys.com), I expect them to be professional as they are representing the brand and essentially me.

I think that this is just another example of Fresno's small town mentality.

This area is just waiting for the right leadership to turn in into a big city.

All of the big city problems, but none of the great things a big city should have. No real downtown...No real transit system.

Hopefully the new mayoral administration will help curb instances such as this from occuring in the future
