I am from Madera, But I work Fresno as well. Very knowledgable in goverment programs such as FHA, USDA. Fresno has many rural areas that fall into the USDA eligibility for 100% financing. We should get together sometime.

Are you here in Fresno? I deal with a lot of first time home buyers. Also check out the forum I have on lottery pool. It's made up of Realtors, lenders, the guy who started it here in Fresno, has worked for First American Title for about 15 years.
